This is not the first time i am experiencing this. And you [and everyone else trying to download that torrent] will be stuck at 97% until someone with the completed files connects and starts uploading. I'd seed it for you, but I got my files elsewhere, so they don't match up with those in the torrent. So, you can hope someone sees this and starts seeding for you, or you can go the the irc channel and get the files off an fserve.
