Yeah, I'm freshman here and I want to know how to get chapters without IRC (There is some firewall and it's forbidden) and Bittorent (I can't use PayPal). What can I do now? |

PayPal has nothing to do with Bittorrent -- BT is totally free.

You can use bittorrent behind a firewall.. it'll likely be slow as balls, but it'll still work. |
