After reading this manga I begin to wonder about some things.
(1) What does "55" mean to Koyuki?
(2) Does the dog Beck have 5 patches of skin? <-- to symbolize Leon's 5 races in his blood. |

There are two different stories about the origin of Beck (the dog)... one in the bound volumes (it was very vague) and another in the magazine, which told more, but was retracted for some reason or another (maybe because it wasn't very well thought out)
Which reminds me, i should scan those pages for Stephen some time so he can throw up the original magazine beck origin story. |

man, it was like in the first 10 pages of the manga why they call him koyuki. really, its early early early on. first chapter im sure |

There were 2 Yukios at the time so Izumi added the "Ko" (for little) to refer to the main character. So he became Koyuki. |
