Yeah. I checked the Spanish site. Apparently, they're doing Sexy Voice and Robo too. Pretty cool. |

I was wondering if anyone knew what was up with Homunculus? The last tankoubon release has been more than some time ago now, and I can't find any info on volume 7. |

Homunculus will be released in german sooon. I got to see a few pages as a preview and they look pretty good. So it wasn't enough to say something about the translation. Anyway, that's great! (for me) |

The continuation of Homunculus appears to be in total limbo. Yamamoto hasn't updated his personal website/blog since last October, and the Shogakukan contents listings for BCS don't even have Homunculus identified as "being on break" anymore. However, the "Eye of the Homunculus" column appears to be still running. |

Thanks for the info
But this really blows tho :/ Really wonder what's the cause of this..
Good ol' case of writer's block is my best guess |

I think that he isn't gaining additional hommunculi parts, merely becomming aware of his own psychological problems.
He is told that he too is a homunculus (in aprox volume 2?) but he appears normal in the mirror - because the problems are in his subconscious and therefore not 'acessible' to him.
As he helps the yakuza and school girl rid themselves of their hommunculi he comes to understand those parts of himself (you see him empathising with both characters for a few frames each time) and so those parts of his subconcious homunculus are brought into his conscious.
I would guess that he will become more aware of all his various psychological faults through the series untill he is finally able to cure himself too. |

Upon looking at the contents of BCS online (for something else entirely), I noticed that it says Homunculus is resuming in Issue 30 (end of June). So I guess it's not dead and gone after all. Good news for all! |

Dang, you lucky man. The US is trailing behind on this title; the french have it, the germans, the spanish, italy... What gives! |

What gives is that Viz won't touch anything that they can't slap a "Shonen Jump" or "Shojo Beat" label on. Even their Signature line in basically for classic or very traditional seinen manga, so I doubt they'd even consider it for that. Makes you wish for the days when they'd release stuff like Secret Comics Japan. |

Just a quick note.
I've been reading Insomnia by Stephen king at the moment and it occured to me that there are a few simmilar themes between it and Homunculus - so if anyone wants some nice warped entertainment while they are waiting for voume 7 you could check it out... |

Found on mangaverse, some chapters of Homunculus have been published in the latest issues of Big Comic Spirits but the series has been put on hold again, until november. |
