:! k, my brother went to this wj 2002 cross country tour last month in tokyo, and Oda was there along with other manga authors, and then someone asked oda about the bounty on Red Shanks' head....and well, of course he said nothing, then everyone was like booing him, then one of his assistant said "well beckman's wanted prize is 380million, so go figure..."n then the fans were like whaaat.....anyway, what i am trying to say is
Benn Beckman is wanted dead or alive for 380 MillionB...if them assistants were serious...(well, the number came out just like that, no thinking, so..that should be it) |

i think 380M is too high for benn beckman
rock star is around 90M
thats pretty close with Luffy

It´s just a Joke for his assistance...and Oda Appear in public?
î read in some place that he will not show up, because that will make him in troble...
I visit some japanese sites, and the greatest bonty is 340.000.000,00 Berries for Don Quixote do Flamingo (and he is one of the "Shichi Bukai" and his bonty dont worth any more.....)
I Think that Edward Newgate has the biggest bonty of all, since he is "The Closest Man to One Piece", but its not revealed yet....
Oh, there´s a guy in "Wanted" who worth 970.000.000,00 Berries!!!!

i assume you're asking about what happens with shanks in volume 25...? since that's his first appearance since volume 12 or so... in volume 25 it's revealed that shanks is actually a much more powerful pirate than we might have guessed. edward newgate, aka. "shirohige" (white moustache) is described as the "most powerful pirate in the world" and the closest to the one piece. shanks has some kind of friendship/rivalry with newgate that isn't too clear at the moment, but at any rate, the governments consider any contact between the two of them to be extremely dangerous. why this is, i don't know, but the last thing shanks says in his appearance is "we're going to battle" so we can guess that something major is going to happen in the near future... |

i think they fear shanks the red because he's got some good ideas to change the world in his head, not because he's super strong or something.....
and i also noticed in v25, that beckman was blonde... |

i think he's just really old. getting some gray hairs =)
and i've been wondering about the grand line entrance thing. either oda is just ignoring the whole reverse mountain thing or he has some other way onto the grand line hidden up his sleeve because the thought of all those hundreds of pirates using the reverse mountain pathway onto the grand line just seems too unlikely. especially when you had the thing with laboon blocking the way down. and some of those ships are way too big to fit up that tiny canal. obviously one piece isn't a series where you're supposed to think very hard about the characteristics of the world but even still that one's just too glaring for me to ignore or forget about... |

I trust Oda-sensei. I think it'll get explained eventually. Maybe there's some kind of device that can be used? Or a different, secret route? I was talking to Stephen about this the other day, and he mentioned the marines being there all the time too. In that case, I think they came up with some kind of device or gadget to go in and out, like that special net to catch people with Gomu Gomu powers. After all, they have to do SOMETHING to keep up with the pirates, right? It would be silly if they couldn't have acces to the place where the REAL action is...
Oh yea, and about Buggy, I think maybe he just underestimated Luffy in their first fight... Who knows, maybe he's got some nifty tricks up his sleeve. ;p |

In the Anime they are all mess up, everyone that you think its blond, they put pink and purple hair, like Hina and Cobby.... and thay put Sarquiss hair blue |

That happens ALL the time in anime. It's not that they're blonde, they just have light hair. :p I kinda like the original hair colors characters get in anime anyway... |
