what do you mean "lisenced"?? I've got the onepiece from this site, how come? so how can I be lisensed? |

It's licensed because a North American company purchased the license to the title, you dimwit.
Now if you're "wise" (which I seriously doubt) you will promptly stop making a complete fool out of yourself and move along before we decide to banish you permanently. |

By buying the North American copies when they come out and scanning them yourself you insolent little shit. You won't find scanlations of it anymore (at least here), nor will anybody help you to.
