Beck: No text scripts....then perhaps summaries?

You mentioned that text scripts wont be possible, but what about writing a summary of each chap or volume to give us some idea what is going on in future volumes?

I might do summaries if I get in the mood, but you certainly don't need me to do that, there are plenty of people capable.

MS really should have just said they dropped the project alot earlier saying that the constant demand for it is not worth it, instead of making us think that if we are "good" we will get a "treat".

Leechers and fan, give it up, MS dont give a turd what u think, no matter how politely u say it, so either wait for 2008 for vol 20+, or hope someone else will translate it.

In the end the bickering is gettin nowhere, so can we get back to topic pls?

Stephen: yes there are alot of ppl capable of doing a summary for it, but i have yet to find anyone who has, so i am making a request for you (or someone who is capable) to do a summary for us (the guys who waited quietly for vol 20) I think we do deserve that at least...(yes yes..we dont deserve jack! f-ing leechers!) But can you look beyond the leechers and see the true beck fans, and provide us with some kind of conclusion to the beck series. (well up to vol 21 at least)

We've never actually dropped a manga due to leecher complaints. We might delay it, and we have done that from time to time even since before I joined, but we don't drop things for any reason other than licensing or lack of interest among staff.

Like I said, I'll write summaries if I get in the mood.

Just to tell you guys that I'm a big Beck fan and if I'm sad not to have volume 20 to be read, I'm glad it has been licenced cause more people will have the opportunity to read it!!

It's been around 2 years that Beck has been licenced in France (I'm french) and I'll have to wait to have the following of the story (we're only on the 4th volume ><) but I don't forget that Idiscovered Beck through your translations!!

To me, Beck is an awesome manga translated by a bunch of awesome guys!!

to finish, I'll just say that mangascreener's great!!!

Beck is great! i own 20-21 and reading through them (i suck at kanji but i can read otherwise....) it's getting even more intresting! can't wait till 22! Thanks for your hard work on the others. i needed the english ones to get my friends obsessed!
