how do they compare? i personally am really interested in yawara but have not been able to get a hold on it, but is the comedy/pacing similar to adachi's H2, touch? or is it more similar to Happy! ?
i'm especially interested in hearing those that have read all of the series (and damn me for being so late in finding them, it's so hard to find any raws for these series, especially Happy!, hopefully i'd be able to get the series in book form when i go to hong kong end of the year.)

Hmm, well personally I find Adachi's characters and pacing a little boring for me...but I have only read 1 or 2 of his series and it was a long time ago. It wiffed too much of male-oriented romance for me to remotely find any of the female characters sympathetic/beleivable/likeable. But Adachi's work has been on my "give it a second chance" list for awhile.

I absolutely love Yawara and Happy! though. Urasawa's humour and characters interest me more. Yawara's the fluff, and Happy is still kinda fluff but cynical fluff, if such a thing could exist. It sounds like we have different tastes anyway though so I would say go with whatever strikes your fancy. Cool
