how's 2003 been so far?
for me; it could be summed up in one word: work. yup i think i take my job too seriously.
i have been playing around with a idea for a potential manga in my head, too.

argh the first half of the year has been really routine so far. Sad but at least im rich.

one word... bull. This entire year has just been a petty piece of crap that has dragged on. There has been nothing good to come out of it. Hell the war (if you can call it that) was stupid, although it was nice to see saddam get his ass kicked. As for work im underaged until next year but im hoping just to register for welfare. Sorry to be so down but today was not a good day. Had to present an invention that was 75% of my final exam grade. Self closing bags. It was crap at best.

*Sigh* Its good to get that out. Other than a boring year i'd chawk this one up as just another regular year. But who knows, something interesting could happen by dec.

Let's see... 2003 eh? Well.. to make it short..

At the beginning of the year, my internet connection was supposed to die but it never did. It was only that I was halfway through editing TWHE two months later when the internet kind of just disconnected on me one day. The very next day my school started issuing 3 times as much homework on all of its students and the principal disallowed us to use the computers in the library for recreational use. Then the tests. Man there were so many tests. I thought they were never gonna end. They were so boring too... With all the stress adding up and with no more anime on my harddrive to watch I needed to turn to another source of concentration: Go. It is very addictive.

So yea, it went on like that for about 4 months, it was so boring. All my friends would not d/l me anime although I asked every day. None of my friend would d/l me manga. None of my friends would do me any favor. Ironically, I still call them my "friends" after their stupid abuse... Anyways, I kind of stayed home these past four months staring at the computer which has been deprived of internet. then I got internet. the end. So you're asking me how 2003 was? One word... bull.

Hmmm... It started off pretty good, cruise to Mexico where I proceeded to lose my shirt at the Blackjack table, followed by finally getting off probation for something I had done two years ago, turning eighteen and being able to smoke and lose my shirt again at Indian Casino Blackjack tables (man, I gotta quit gambling or start buying more shirts)... Of course, then it went downhill by finding out that, under a great deal of stress, I can be impotent (yay me...), after that, the year sunk into the tedium and routine that is my life.

every year since the 90's has been continuously worse. i think it does that every decade. 70s were good, then started to suck when the 80s rolled around, and then it got better with the 90s (which was kickass, but cg wasnt as good) so this year, next year after that, and all the way up until 2010 is gonna suck hard.

Within the last year we've started H2, which I'm pretty happy about!
I've actually been getting good grades, this term i didn't have any papers bellow a 3.5, and over 5 papers at 4.0 =P Shows just how much the net took away from my studying (considering my average for papers used to be around a 2.5 hehe. Um, Finding Nemo came out, that was awesome. We went to war, we won... we're taking troops of the DMZ... interesting.
