My own pink brain cells are always surprised at the clarity of his sleuthing!! (My recommendation is "Death on the Nile")
Summary of events up to this point: The famous high school detective Kudou Shinichi was forced to drink a pill created by a mysterious organization... and his body shrunk. Now, with the help of the eccentric inventor Professor Agasa, the only one who knows the truth about Shinichi, he lives at the Mouri Detective Agency, with his girlfriend Mouri Ran. He unwillingly goes to elementary school. But the extremely important Mouri Kogorou is a filthy slob of a detective. Conan has no choice but to help Detective Mouri by solving difficult cases from the shadows. But while in a trance of solving a crime, does he go too far to let Ran discover who he really is...?!
