Watoson in the books that I read, so I established a familiarity with the name spelled that way, but... I wish people wouldn't
change the pronunciation of his name. It seems that Poaro (Poirot) has become Powaro... If Hoomuzu (Holmes) were changed to
Houmuzu, I'd cry!
(Note: The spelling of Watson that Aoyama prefers sounds more like Watsohn. Phonetically, spelling it Watosun in Japanese would be
closer to the English pronunciation. Aoyama is simply pointing out that he prefers the Watoson he grew up with.)

He stays at his girlfriend Mouri Ran's house, which is actually a detective agency. Her, father Mouri Kogorou, however, is a bumbling, useless detective. Conan uses advice that would put adults to shame (?!) to help Kogorou solve difficult cases. But lately, the clever Ran has begun to grow suspicious... he fools her, but it keeps him handicapped. So, what will the next case bring us...?!
