Unable to defeat it through teamwork, the members accept their defeat, until Kurono manages to take out the statue all by himself. However, after they defeated the supposed "boss" statue, powerful enemies continue to appear. Hojo, Sadako, Kato, and even Kishimoto lose their lives. Kurono loses his cool at the sight of Kishimoto's body, and finally falls before the might of the Thousand-Armed Goddess of Mercy...!
