The story thus far: Senkawa High School was a no-name school for baseball, until the golden battery of Kunimi Hiro and Noda Atsushi took them to their first Koshien, as summer North Tokyo representatives. However, Hiro hurts his foot, and they lose in the 2nd round. However, their friend Tachibana Hideo and his famous Meiwa Daiichi High are the South Tokyo representatives. They use their exceptional talent to win the tournament. So everyone's exciting summer is over, and 2nd semester begins. Hiro's ankle is better, and they're ready for the autumn preliminaries, in the hopes of landing a spot in the spring Koshien!!
