Plunging into the Grand Line, Luffy and company join with the princess Vivi to sail to the kingdom of Alabasta, in order to stop the secret
crime organization Baroque Works from completing their "Takeover of Alabasta". When they land in Alabasta and discover that Crocodile is the root of all their problems, they vow to defeat him.
The Royal and Rebel armies, spurred on by the Baroque Works, clash in the capital city of Alubarna. Feeling Vivi's heartfelt wishes to stop both groups from fighting, Zoro and the others face off against the BW Officer Agents. They are all fierce, close battles, but ultimately all are victorious. About this time, Vivi meets Crocodile at the Royal Palace and learns of the true meaning of the rebellion, and a huge bombing to happen in the Palace Square. There's no way to stop the war...
