voyage to become the Pirate King!!
Having successfully arrived at the Grand Line, Luffy and crew head for Fishman Island with their new ship, the Thousand Sunny! After beating the Seven Armed Sea Moria Gecko on the ghost island Thriller Bark and adding Brook the musician to the crew, their journey continues. They stop at the Sabaody Islands to find a special ship coater to get them past the Red Line. On these islands, humans and fishmen are regularly sold in slave auctions presided over by the Celestial Dragons, the residents of Mariejois. As a gathering place for pirates who have crossed Reverse Mountain, the islands currently boast eleven such rookies with bounties of at least a hundred million. The crew sets off to find the coater, but Camie is stolen right from under their noses, and sent to the human shop! Luffy rushes to the auction house, but he gets into a brawl with Celestial Dragons, bringing a Marine Admiral to the islands. An enormous battle involving all the big rookies erupts, and much blood is shed on the Sabaody Islands. Things go from bad to worse when Admiral Kizaru arrives with Dr. Vegapunk's servant Sentomaru, and the battle weapon Pacifistas--robotic replics of Kuma. The crisis reaches its apex when the real Kuma arrives, too. Rayleigh intervenes to help the crew, but Kuma uses his powers to make Zoro disappear, sending the crew into ultimate peril...
