Story. Shaman King is the story of Asakura Yoh, a young shaman who has the ability to draw out the power of ghosts and spirits. The main plot is about the Shaman Fight, a giant tournament to determine the Shaman King, who can be one with the "great spirit", known as God, Allah, Buddha and whathaveyou to others. Shaman King began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1998 and is currently at a total of 23 volumes, with a supplementary data book. There are no more scan-translations of SK, because like One Piece, it's been licensed for release in the American Shonen Jump! Of course, like my OP translations, these aren't meant to compete with or replace the official English language version, they're only here to help those who have the original manga understand it. There is no really severe swearing, just the usual PG-13 shtick.
Status: Cancelled. I sat down and thought hard about this, and realized that I really wasn't excited or looking forward to restarting this in any way, so I figured I should be honest about this and officially cancel the project. There are plenty of other things I would be much more interested in doing than SK and I don't want to spend any time doing something I'm not interested in.
