Back Flap: As I draw vikings, I have a lot of questions. How do they cut their toenails, for
instance? Scissors? Or, if they didn't brush their teeth, didn't they get cavities? Or, do
they clean their ears out? With what kind of tool? They might be silly questions, but I
think they are very important in order to depict their everyday lives. Obviously they
weren't at war 24/7, 365 days a year. I guess I'm just more disposed to thinking about these
things than just chronologies and historical events. By the way, I still haven't found any
kind of reference material that describes whether the vikings wiped their bums or not after
using the bathroom... I mean, not that I'm in a rush to find out the answer...
